The P-A-C-C-O Stir Fry

Recipe: "The PACCO Stir Fry" Paneer-Asparagus-Carrot-Capsicum-Onion  Ingredients: 1. Onion - 1 medium, sliced 2. Asparagus - a bunch, blanched in mildly salted water 3. Carrot - 1, Juliennes/long thin slices 4. Capsicum - 1, Julienne/long thin slices 5. Paneer - 1 inch cubes 6. Olive oil/Ghee - 5-6 tbsp (for veggies & paneer) 7. Onion & garlic flakes - 1 tap for veggies and 1 tsp for paneer 8. Salt & Pepper powder - As required 9. Chilli flakes, Oregano, piri Piri seasoning - as desired Method - Follow picture steps 😊 1. Boil water and add a little salt. Once it boils add the Asparagus and let it cook for 5 minutes. Drain and run under cold water to stop cooking.  2. Put oil/Ghee in a non stick pan, add the onion and garlic flakes and sliced onions.  3. Saute for 2 minutes and add the sliced Carrots. 4. Saute for a minute and add the capsicum. 5.
