Paneer Cheesy Corn Bites

Recipe: Paneer Cheesy Corn Bites - A crispy appetizer. 



Ingredients: 

1) Paneer shredded - 1bowl or 100gms 

2) Cooked Corn - 1cup 

3) Greated cheese - 1 bowl or 200gms 

4) Bread crumbs - as required

5) Corn flour - 2tbsp

6) Rice flour - 2tbsp 

7) Oregano/herbs - 2tbsp 

8) Chilli flakes - 2tbsp 

9) Pepper powder - 2tsp

10) Salt to taste

11) Oil to deep fry

12) Water - as required

13) Tomato sauce

14) Garlic Mayo 


Preparation Method: 

1) Take a bowl add paneer, cheese, corn, spices and salt and mix well

2) Divide the mixture into any shape of your choice (I've made finger and ball shape). 

3) Dip each ball/finger first into corn flour, then rice flour + water mixture, and then roll them in bread crumbs till they are evenly coated from all the sides. 

4) Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry the coated balls/fingers until they turn golden brown. 

5) Drain them on tissue paper and serve hot with Garlic tomato mayo or tomato sauce as per your choice.
