Coconut Ladoo/Kobbari unde - 5 minutes sweet

Recipe: A 3 ingredient Sweet Dish - Coconut Ladoo/Kobbari unde.


Ingredients:

1) Dry coconut powder (desiccated) - 4 cups 

2) Milkmaid - 400gms 

3) Elaichi powder - 2tsp 

Preparation Method:

1) Take a kadai add 4 equal cups of dry coconut powder (make sure to remove any lumps). (As shown in my video) 

2) Now add 400gms of milkmaid (I've used and I suggest using nestle as it's the best choice) 

3) Mix it well and turn on the gas. Keep stirring continuously for about 2min (it will turn moist). Do not overcook.

4) Add elaichi powder 2tsp for flavour and turn off the gas. Let it cool for sometime. 

5) Take small portions of the mixture and gently shape them into a ball and roll them in the desiccated coconut. 

6) The ladoo is ready, you can garnish with badam/pista or elaichi. 


Note: You can adjust the qty of milkmaid as per the sweetness you prefer, either more or less. This measure gives you the perfect sweetness


A very quick Sweet dish for all occasions- Coconut Ladoo is ready to serve & eat!!
