Veg Spring Rolls in Rava & wheat base

Recipe: Vegetable Spring Rolls with Rava Base - Appetizers 
Ingredients:
1) Onion thinly sliced-1
2) Carrot thinly sliced -1
3) Capsicum thinly sliced - 1 
4) Cabbage shredded - 1cup
5) Garlic ginger paste - 1tbsp 
6) Chilli vinegar - 1tbsp
7) Green chilli Sauce - 1tbsp
8) Chiroti Rava/ Sooji - 2 cup 
9) Wheat Flour - 2-4 Tbsp 
10) Maida - 1 Tbsp (for paste) 
11) Salt, Water & Oil 


Preparation Method:
1) In a bowl mix chiroti rava, wheat flour and salt with water to make a dough. 
2) Cover it with a wet cloth & keep it aside to rest for 3 Hours so that it gets soft. 


3) Next, heat oil in a kadai and add garlic ginger paste, chopped veggies and fry them. 
4) Then add the green chilli sauce, vinegar & Salt and mix it well. Fry this for another 5 minutes and keep it aside. 
5) Next, check the dough to see that it is soft and stretchy.

6) Make a paste with maida and water for sticking the corners of the base while folding (make sure the paste isn't too runny). 
7) Then make small balls of the dough and roll it gently. Add the filling on the base and wrap it. Seal it with the maida paste. 
8) Deep fry the spring rolls in hot oil until they turn golden brown.
9) Serve with Sauce/ Tomato ketchup. 
Veg Spring Rolls is ready to Serve & Eat.
