Recipe: Neer Dose / Neer Dosa
Ingredients:
1) Sona Masoori Rice or any Short Grained Rice - 1.5 glass/Pau
2) Grated Fresh Coconut- 1 Cup
3) Oil
4) Water
5) Salt to taste
Preparation Method:
1) Take 1.5 glass/pau rice in a bowl (You can choose any qty as per required) wash & Soak for 4-5 Hours or overnight.
2) Drain the water and transfer it to the jar of a mixer grinder or blender. Add grated coconut in it.
3) Grind until smooth batter. Add water as required to grind the rice smoothly. Don’t add too much water while grinding.
4) Transfer the blended mix into a bowl or vessel.
5) Add Salt & water to it making a flowing consistency.
6) Now, heat the tawa and pour the batter on it (As shown in my video) toss few drops of oil over it.
7) Close a lid on it and cook one side only.
8) Check if its done and remove it onto a serving plate.
9) You can serve dosa with Green chutney or onion tomato chutney or even kayi bella.
Neer Dose/ Neer Dosa is ready to Serve & Eat!!
