Radish / Mooli paratha
Recipe: Radish/ Mooli Paratha
1) Radish -1cup grated
2) Coriander leaves
3) Garam Masala
4) Jeera Powder
5) Dhaniya powder
6) Red Chili powder
7) Turmeric powder
8) Wheat flour - qty as required.
9) Salt, Water & Oil.
Preparation Method:
1) Kneed the wheat flour in a bowl with water, oil & Salt. Keep it aside for 30 min to rest.
2) Next, Wash the radish and peel off the skin and grate them.
3) Now squeeze the radish to remove the water from it and transfer that to a new bowl
(As shown in my video)
4) Then add all the spices- red chilli, dhaniya, jeera powder, turmeric, Garam masala & salt.
5) Mix them well and add Coriander leaves.
6) Take a big ball of dough and roll it to make a small circle
7) Add the Filling to the dough and bind it nicely (as shown in my video)
8) Next, roll the dough with filling gently and Cook it on a hot tawa with Butter.
9) Serve with Curd & Lime pickle.
