Aloo Methi
Recipe: Aloo Methi
Ingredients:
1) Potato - 2 nos (boiled and diced)
2) Methi chopped- 1large bowl
3) Onion chopped - 1no
4) Jeera
5) Red chilli -3-4 no's
6) Turmeric - 1tbsp
7) Garam masala - 1tbsp
8) Dhaniya powder - 1tbsp
9) Salt to taste
10) Oil
Preparation Method:
1) Heat oil in a kadai (slightly more than your usual quantity) add jeera, red chilli, turmeric, onion and fry well untill it turns slightly brown.
2) Add the boiled potatoes into it and fry it well, it turns slightly golden.
3) Now add the washed and chopped methi leaves into the kadai & mix well.
4) Add Salt, Dhaniya powder and Garam masala.
5) Mix it well and cook for 5 Min.
6) When you get a nice aroma, turn off the gas and serve.
Now the Delicious Aloo Methi is ready to Serve and Eat!!
