Recipe - Misal Pav


Ingredients:
1) Green Moong sprouted- 1 large Cup
2) Onion-3 chopped
3) Garlic- 4-5 piece
4) Tomato- 2 chopped
5) kadi patta (karibevu)
6) Kobri (Dry coconut)
7) Coriander leaves
8) Jeera, Mustar, Turmeric
9) Red chilli powder
10) Dhaniya powder
11) Garam Masala
12) Salt
13) Oil, Water
14) Ghoda masala (optional)
15) Pav Bun
16) Salt + Oil + Water
17) Farsan or mixture chivda.

Preparation Method:
1) Firstly Soak Moong dal overnight in water.
2) Next day morning drain the water and store in a sealed tight Box or casserole for sprouting.
3) Once the Sprouts are ready then you should Keep it in cooker for One whistle only.
4) Add one cup water, Turmeric and salt while cooking it.
5) Other hand take a kadai add oil then, garlic, onion, kobri, Tomato and fry well then Make a thick Paste of it once it cools down.
6) Then, Take a kadai add oil and spices & masalas  as mentioned above fry it well.
7) Then add the Grinded paste to it and fry well for 5 min add little water like pasty consistent.
8) Now add the Sprouted cooked moong into the kadai and mix well now add some water to it as it should be a little liquidy...
9) Add Salt and sugar as taste required, and close a lid and let it cook for 5 min & its done.
10) Now take a pav just heat it slightly if u require and Serve with the Misal along with Farsan(maraharshtrian Stores) or any mixture.
11) Garnish with chopped onions, coriander leaves & Lemon. 


Now the Hot and spicy Misal Pav is ready to Serve & Eat
