Vegetable Fried Rice

Recipe: Vegetable Fried Rice. 


Ingredients: 
1) Basmati Rice 1.5 Glass/Large Cup 
2) Carrot chopped - 2 no
3) Capsicum chopped -1 no 
4) Cabbage Chopped - 1 cup 
5) Onion chopped - 1 no 
6) Beans chopped - 1 cup
7) Spring onion - 1 cup
8) Spring onion leaves - 2 cup 
9) Soya Sauce - 2tbsp 
10) Chilli vinegar - 1tbsp 
11) Green Chilli sauce - 1tbsp 
12) Ginger garlic paste - 2tbsp
13) Pepper powder - 2tbsp
14) Water 
15) Salt to taste
16) Oil

Preparation Method: 
1) Soak 1.5 glass rice in water for 30min. (Qty as required) 
2) To cook the Rice - add water & rice in a vessel with a pinch of salt and cook it directly on the gas. (As shown in my video) 
3) Check if the rice is cooked and then turn off flame. Drain the water, run it under cold water and keep aside. 
4) Spread the rice on a flat surface for it to cool. 
5) Next, heat oil in a kadai or vessel.
6) Add Onion, Spring onion, ginger garlic paste & and fry them well. 
7) Add all the other veggies as listed above and fry them all together. 
8) Add salt and pepper.
9) Once the veggies are fried, add soya sauce - 2tbsp, green chilli sauce - 1tbsp and mix well. 
10) Now add the cooked rice into it and mix. 
10) Add the chopped spring onion leaves into it. 
11) lastly, add chilli vinegar and mix it slightly. 
12) While serving garnish again with some spring leaves

Vegetable Fried Rice is ready to serve & eat!
