Lasoon Chutney/ Garlic Chutney Powder
Recipe: Lasoon Chutney/Garlic Chutney Powder
Ingredients:
1) Dry Coconut/Kobri - 2cup
2) Fresh Garlic - 20-25 pieces
3) Red chilli Guntur & Byadgi - 4-5 nos
4) Groundnut powder -1Cup (Roasted Groundnuts)
5) Salt to taste
Preparation Method:
1) Heat Kadai, add the dry coconut/Kobri and fry it well.
2) Add garlic cloves and red chillis and fry all of it together until it turns aromatic and slightly brown.
3) Cool this mixture completely, add the roasted groundnuts/ powdered roasted groundnuts and 1tsp of salt.
4) Blend all of these into a coarse powder. Do not add any water.
5) The dry chutney is ready.
Tip: You can add red chilli powder for the rich colour to come. (optional)
Also this can be refrigerated for about 2 months and used whenever you want.
Lasoon Chutney / Garlic powder is ready to use!!
