Hunan Cauliflower - Crispy Hot

Recipe: Hunan Cauliflower

Ingredients: 
1) Cauliflower - 1 Large 
2) Rice flour - 1.5tbsp 
3) Maida - 1.5tbsp or 1tbsp 
4) Pepper powder - 2tsp
5) Tomato sauce - 3-4 tbsp approx.
6) Red chilli powder - 2tsp 
7) Baking Soda - 1tsp 
8) Water 
9) Salt to taste 
10) Oil

Preparation Method: 
1) Firstly, wash and split the gobi/cauliflower into pieces and boil it in hot water with salt so that it's clean and/safe to eat. 
2) Drain the water from the cauliflower and keep it aside (As shown in my video) 
3) Take a bowl, add rice flour, Maida, red chilli powder, baking soda, tomato sauce, pepper powder & salt. Now mix them with water to make a thick batter.(As shown in my video) Keep it aside. 
4) Next, let's heat oil in a kadai for frying the cauliflower. 
5) Dip the cauliflower in the batter and drop it into the oil. 
6) Fry them well on meduim flame until they turn golden brown until it looks delicious & ready to eat. 
7) Serve with Tomato Sauce or Mayo. 


Crispy Hunan Cauliflower is ready to serve & eat!!
