Recipe: Veggie cheesy Spiralli Pasta



Ingredients:
1) Durum wheat Pasta Pack-500gms
2) Capsicum -1 Diced (Yellow/Geen any color)
3) Tomato -1 (small) Diced
4) Onion - 1 Large chopped
5) Chopped Garlic- 2 splits
6) Green chilli sauce
7) Tomato sauce 
8) Red chilli powder 
9) Oregano/herbs
10) Cheese and Mayonnaise
11) Salt + Oil + Water 

Preparation Method:
1) Firstly keep ready with all the veggies chopped.
2) Then, Boil 10 cups of water with a pinch of salt and 2 tbsp oil. 
3) Once the water boils bubbly kinds Pour the entire Pasta & stir slightly...Just boil it for about 15 min keep checking if its soft enough...
4) Once its done, Drain the hot water and pour cold water on it and keep aside. 
5) Now, Take a pan or kadai Add oil 2tbsp, Then add chopped garlic & Onions and let it fry till golden brownish...
6) Then to it add the capsicum tomatoes and Fry well....
7) Once u start getting the aroma of the veggies....add the Green Chilli sauce, Red chilli powder, salt & Tomato sauce. 
8) Mix well keep frying for about 3 min then add the Oregano/herbs mix it up.
9) Then Add Mayonnaise and mix it well the color changes slightly.
10) And now u can Add the boiled pasta to it and Mix it well...
11) Now grate the cheese over it, once the cheese starts melting you can switch off the stove. 
12) For garnish use some more cheese and oregano. 


The Veggie Cheesy Spiralli pasta is ready to Serve & Eat!!
