Veg Hakka Noodles
Recipe: Veg Hakka Noodles
Ingredients:
1) Carrot- sliced 1bowl
2) Capsicum- sliced 2 no's
3) Cabbage - Sliced 1 bowl
4) Onion - Sliced 2 no's
5) Instant Noodles of your choice (I've used Chings) - 800Gms
6) Soya Sauce - 1tbsp
7) Chilli vinegar - 1tbsp
8) Garlic chilli paste - 2tbsp
9) Pepper powder - 1tbsp
10) Water
11) Salt to taste
12) Oil
Preparation Method:
1) To cook the noodles - boil water in a vessel with a a few drops of oil and a pinch of salt (As shown in my video)
2) Then, once the water starts bubbling add the noodles into it and cook for 10 min.
3) Once the noodles is cooked, turn off the flame and drain the water from it.
4) Spread the noodles on a flat surface to avoid stickiness.
5) Next, heat oil in a kadai or vessel.
6) Add Garlic chilli paste & onions and fry them well.
7) Add all the other veggies and fry it well.
8) Once you get a good aroma and see the veggies are cooked, add Chilli vinegar - 1tbsp, Soya sauce - 1tbsp, pepper powder - 1tbsp, salt - 2tbsp and mix well.
9) Now add the cooked noodles and mix gently so that the noodles dont break.
10) Do not over cook them. Turn off the gas and its done.
Veg Hakka Noodles is ready to serve & eat!
