Paneer Ghee Roast
Recipe: Paneer Ghee Roast
Ingredients:
1) Paneer - 200gms (cut in cubes)
2) Coriander leaves
3) Kadipatta /curry leaves
4)Jeera- 1tbsp
5) Coriander seeds - 1tbsp
6) Red Chili -Guntur & byadige - 3 to 4 pieces
7) Methi seeds - 1tsp
8) Whole Pepper - 1tbsp
9) Clove - 2-3 pieces
10) Ginger - 2 piece
11) Garlic - 4-5 pieces
12) Onion Chopped - 1 large
13) Tamarind water 2 tbsp
14) Curd - 1 small cup
15) Ghee - As required
16) Salt, Water & Oil.
Preparation Method:
1) Take a kadai add oil and roast all the Dry spices well.
2) Then blend the roasted spices with tamarind water, Garlic, Ginger & add little water to make a thick paste (As shown in my video)
3) Next, in a kadai heat Ghee and shallow fry the paneer until it turns golden brown.(As shown in my video)
4) Now, keep the paneer aside and use the same kadai with ghee for making the Masala.
5) Once the ghee is heated, fry the onions till it turns translucent, add the ground paste and mix well.
6) Add Salt and keep stirring until the color slightly changes. Next, add the curd and mix well.
7) Add the fried paneer cubes into the Masala along with kadipatta/curry leaves (As shown in my video) and Mix well.
8) Cook for 3-4 Min or until you start getting a nice aroma from the masala.
9) Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve with Neer Dosa (best combination) or even Plain Paratha or chapathi.
Paneer Ghee Roast is ready to Serve & Eat.
