Sabudana Vada (Sabbakki Vade)


Recipe - Sabudana Vada


Ingredients:
1) Sabudana - 1 Large Bowl 
2) Boiled potatoes-2 no's
3) Jeera
4) Groundnut powder - 2 Cup 
5) Green chilli crushed - 4-5 Crushed 
6) Salt to taste 
7) Oil 

Preparation Method:
1) Firstly Soak the sabudana for 5 hours or  overnight, Drain all the water out after a rinse.
2) Next day, you should get a dry flow consistence of the grains (As shown in the Video) 
3) Now add the Boiled potatoes, groundnut powder, jeera, green chilli crushed & salt. 
4) Mix all the ingredients well mash the potatoes well. Do not add any water, You can just sprinkle it if needed. 
5) Keep kadai for frying heat the oil and fry the vada in shape as shown. 
6) Remove it before it turns to golden in colour. 
7) Serve with tomato sauce or pudina chatni.
